LandAirSea LAS-1505 Tracking Key Vehicle GPS Tracking System

This is a great device for the price. It’s easy to put in a hidden place in a car and it’s easy to take out. I worried at first that the magnet wouldn’t hold and may fall off onto the floor of the car, but it never did. It stayed secure. It worked really easily with Google Earth and was so easy to install on the computer. I was surprised by it working so well. The only downside of it is the batteries don’t last that long — I changed them out every 5 days because once on the 6th day, the lights on it went red, and I could not get my data out of it. And it’s a bit cumbersome to change the batteries quickly because the screws are so small and there’s a rubber thin square piece between the battery door and the device that comes off and won’t stay put. Make sure you have some time to deal with this when you want to change the batteries. But overall, I would absolutely recommend this covert device to anyone who wants to know what path their loved one has taken over the past few days. Great buy!

Zoombak ZMBK200 Advanced GPS Car and Family Locator

I purchased a Zoombak locator and needed to activate and use it the day I purchased it as I was concerned for my daughters safety. Well, good luck! I followed the outlined steps and when it came to entering the device ID I was informed that “No device matched the ID # entered”. I repeated this step four times and received the same message. I contacted customer service and was informed that I was not the only one having this problem. I was assured that the Zoombak “engineers” were working to correct the problem and that it would be resolved in a maximum of 48 hours. Well, that didn’t sit to well with me but what could I do. Now, over 60 hours later the problem is still not resolved and I’m back to square one with having to send customer support an email and trying to explain the problem. I will be returning my Zoombak to my point of purchase today and do not recommend that anyone buy this device. Especially if you need it for someones safety.

I have no problem recommending this product. It has worked as advertised and met all my expectations. The pricing is a little high, but as I’ve learned (read my Zoombak disaster) you get what you pay for. I keep this device in an enclosed trailer for some added security, and when the battery gets low, you are notified. You have unlimited locates, and the shock and perimeter functions work flawlessly as well.
